On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a third bedroom in which two children or two adults can be accommodated. There are two balconies on the first floor, both overlooking the scenic Pagassetic Gulf. There is also a second bathroom on the first floor. The car park is 25 metres from the villa's entrance.

Villa Nafsika Description: 80 square metres, two-storey villa with private pool and a gorgeous sea view, 115 metres from the beachfront. On the ground floor there is a living-room with comfortable armchairs and a sofa bed which can accommodate two little children or an adult; there is also a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchenette and a dinner table, all with sea view, and a bathroom. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a balcony, all overlooking the sea. There is also a second bathroom on the first floor. There is a gate behind the villa leading to the main road. The car park is 25 metres from the villa's entrance.
